It's official, Rowan is crawling!!!

This was the kids second year trick or treating and they had so much fun, and got a ton of candy. We celebrated halloween at a friends house, which I really like. It makes halloween more fun for me and the kids get to trick or treat with their friends.

Trick or Treat!

Alexin lost her very first tooth right before gymnastics yesterday. She is very excited, especially since she lost it on halloween.

Alexin's school had a halloween costume parade this morning. She is dressed as Padme from Star Wars. It was cute seeing all the kids dressed up.

The kids went to p.j. storytime last night at the library. They listened to spoooooky halloween stories and even got a lollipop.

So at most there have been 18 fires burning in Southern California. As of right now I know a couple of them are completely out. The Irvine/Santiago fire started about 2 miles fom us on Sunday evening. It was pretty scary, we weren't sure what was going to happen, if we were going to be evacuated or not, so I packed a bag just incase. Luckly for us the fire eventually moved west. Here are some pictures I took from our balcany shortly after it started.

This is the sky Wednesday around 5 o'clock p.m. It looks gloomy, but thats all the smoke that's in the air. It's horrible. Ash is piled up on the sides of the streets. The smell is so strong, even things inside our apartment are starting to smell like smoke.

Cameron had a friendship lunch at school last week. We went and ate pizza and cookies and met some new friends. And Cameron of course played with his many girlfriends.
